The carefully developed control card makes this automated glue dispensing machine a truly PTP and CP three-axis arc patching equipment, allowing you to use it with confidence for any non planar 3D glue dispensing path. For example, it can be used for dispense in point, line, surface, arc, circle and irregular curve.

The 3-axis glue dispensing machine can operate independently without the need for an external computer. Not only is the installation convenient, operation and setting are also simple.
Equipped with a graphical button design, the teaching box allows you to easily set any dispensing path with just one click. More can easily complete a variety of path matrix replication, offset modification, correction point setting and program transmission between each machine and other super functions.

2. The high-performance combination of Japanese Sanstar ring synchronous belts, Taiwan PMI linear guides, and Japanese Shinonuma stepper motors.
3. The aluminum alloy surface undergoes special treatment with non-stick adhesive, making the cleaning of the machine extremely easy.
4. By adopting a special assembly process involving synchronous pulleys and motors, combined with the latest Japanese technology for synchronous belts, this design completely resolves the problems of belt tensioning and loosening that arise over time.
5. Modular assembly process. Each key component and critical position can be disassembled independently. Any damaged parts can be quickly replaced.
6. The button switches are of European imported brand, featuring high sensitivity and durability.
7. Utilizing imported brand resilient cable shielding cables ensures a more worry-free operation of the machine, completely eliminating potential risks such as wire breakage and phase deficiency.
8. The machine base plate is thickened and undergoes insulation surface treatment. Four adaptive large round disc feet provide stable support.
