Semi-automatic AB Glue Potting Machine

Features:

This semi-automatic glue potting machine uses a high-precision metering pump to control the dispensing volume, offering advantages such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, tolerance to glue containing fillers, and accurate mixing ratio control.
The mixing ratio is adjustable from 1:1 to 100:1. It is suitable for various types of AB adhesives, including polyurethane, silicone, and AB epoxy resin, meeting diverse potting and dispensing requirements.
The mixing and dispensing operation is simple. You only need to pour AB glue into their respective tanks, set the program on the PLC touch screen, and press the start button. The machine will automatically potting glue. The machine dispenses exactly the required amount for each product, effectively reducing glue waste.
According to glue characteristics, the material tank can be optionally equipped with a stirring device to prevent sedimentation, a heating/constant temperature device, and a liquid level sensor. When the glue level drops below the set level, the system will automatically alarm to remind operators to refill the glue.
Cleaning is convenient because A glue and B glue are stored separately. The AB glue mixing only occurs in the mixing tube at the dispensing outlet. Therefore, only the mixing tube requires cleaning, while other parts do not. If production stops for a period of time, you only need to remove the mixing tube and soak it in cleaning solvent for quick cleaning.
