Inline AB Two-Component Automatic Glue Potting Machine

The Automatic Glue Potting Machine features a three-axis system and is operated via our proprietary Windows-based software, providing simple and convenient operation. The machine integrates seamlessly with an automatic production line.
It supports trajectory programming for points, lines, circles, and arcs, and can perform advanced functions such as three-dimensional potting through customized programs. The system can automatically meter, mix (ratios from 1:1 to 20:1), and dispense adhesives according to preset ratios.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic material replenishment and degassing system, with optional features including stirring, tank heating, and automatic valve cleaning.
This Glue Potting Machine is compatible with a wide range of two-component materials, including epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone. It is suitable for applications in electronics, automotive components, new energy products, and industrial assembly.
